As an independent adviser who provides valuable financial advice, you will promote and cross-sell the company's full range of consumer financial products to meet your customers' needs and objectives. You will be trained to perform a financial need analysis to determine the financial standing of your clients and based on that, provide the best solution for them.
You will be expected to aggressively seek sales opportunities to meet demanding targets and increase market share. At the same time, you will be responsible for attending to your customers on all matters relating to their policies and ensuring that their needs are met.
